Remote working… Where are we going?

In this session we will explore remote / hybrid working looking at the initial change to remote working, what people liked, disliked and indifferent about, and how we are starting to see some small changes around these ways of working where some employees are actively seeking out remote/hybrid positions and some are wanting a return to office life. We’ll look at some of the opportunities and pressures and the common pain points that are contributing to this change in behaviour to consider what organisations are needing to face into moving forwards.
